King Herod was notorious for wickedness, at his daughter’s request he beheaded JOHN THE BAPTIST, after which he killed JAMES brother to PETER, and he later took peter because the Jews applauded and showered praises on him for such act. He then went further to take Peter and imprisoned Him. waiting after Easter (Passover) so that he will bring Him out before the people to execute him so that the Jews will continue to applaud him because he like to take glory for himself. But something strange happened that frightened Herod was that the one bound with chain and placed right inside 3rd Chamber of the cell were loosed. He could not believe it was not the soldiers that released him. He diligently searched for Him but he could not find him. He did not believe the Soldiers but kept punishing the Soldiers for PETER’S release.
ACTS 12:19
(19) “Herod made a diligent search for him and not finding him
He interrogated the Guards and commanded them to be
led off to punishment; and he went down from Judea to
Caesarea and spent some time there”
This year beginning from today, the evil wishes of the present Jews will fail against you. And those Herod of your destiny sent to monitor you will be blinded and caused to sleep on a day broad light, the angel will do them 419 by making them the more you look; the less you see until you are totally liberated as PETER. Remember that the church prayed intensively for PETER, no matter who you are, when the church did not intervene in your case through prayer, your case may expire you as it happened to JAMES depending on how you know the God you serve; because those that know the God they serve will be strong to do exploit.
The angels of the lord encamp around them that fear the lord and deliver them from destruction. And when God delivers you from your enemy, the same God will put your enemy in the same position or pit he left you where God found you. HEROD dug a pit for PETER but the lord delivered him. And already a pit had been dug and something has to occupy the space. So the same angel put Herod in to that pit which was evil he plotted against PETER. Note that whenever God delivers you from the trap which your enemies dug for you. Your enemies must enter into the plan or become the victim.
PROVERB 26:27
(27) “The one who digs a pit will fall into it
And whoever rolls away a stone. It will
Come back on him”
This is why it is not good to plot evil against God’s people because no weapon formed or fashion against them shall prosper:
ACT 12:21
(21) “On a set day, Herod clothed himself with royal raiment
and sat down on the judgment seat and began giving
them public address.
(22) Then the people who assembled began shouting:
A god’s voice and not a man
(23) Instantly, the angel of Jehovah struck him, because he
Did not give glory to God and he was eaten by worms
and died”
Jesus told PETER that He that kills by sword must die by sword (Mathew 26:56). This is a natural phenomenon. So don’t plot evil for people.
