The mouth still remains the centre of power that regulates human activities and system. It is the smallest part of human system that can set the whole body or nations on fire. If we can control and monitor what we say, I see it as the best solution to one’s problem.

PROVERB 18:20

(20)     “From the fruitage of a man’s speech his

stomach will be filled

He will be satisfied with what his lips

            Those who love to use it will eat its

Fruitage”

This is why you must always monitor what you say or the things you voice out before the public. You can be condemned by your speech and you can be justified by your speech. Do not speak arrogantly before people to gain popularity. That is pride per excellence; this is why God killed King Herod. He spoke arrogantly to the extent that people began to see him as a god. God became jealous because he took the glory due to God for himself. His word condemned him to death as the angel of the lord smites him to death:

ACTS 12: 21

(1)               “On a set day, Herod clothed himself with Royal raiment

And sat down on the Judgment seat and began giving

Public address

(2)               Then the people who were assembled began shouting

“A god’s voice and not a man’s

(3)               Instantly the angel of Jehovah struck him, because

He did not give the glory to God, and he was eaten

Up by worms and died”

That serve as example for every one that speaks arrogantly before the public without giving God the Glory. All your glory should be to God through his son Jesus Christ.

ISAIAH 44:25

(25)     “I am frustrating the signs of the empty talkers

And I am the one who make diviners act like fools

The one confounding the wise men

And turning their knowledge into foolishness

(26)     The one making the word of his servant come true

            And completely fulfilling the predictions of his

messengers;

The one saying of Jerusalem, “She will be inhabited

And of the cities of Judah

They will be rebuilt, and I will restore her ruins”

Every wicked personality and his/her wickedness have an end. The end of every wicked is disastrous, because God must surely bring every wickedness to judgment. Today God said that he is about to Judge the wicked.

ISAIAH 19:1

(1)               “A pronouncement against Egypt

Look! Jehovah is riding on a swift cloud

and is coming into Egypt

The worthless gods of Egypt will tremble

before him

And the heart of Egypt will melt within it

(2)               I will incite Egyptians against Egyptians

And they will fight one another

Each against his brother and His neighbor

City against City and Kingdom against

Kingdom

(3)               And the spirit of Egypt will become

bewildered within it

And I will confuse its plan

They will resort to worthless god

To charmers and to the spirit mediums and

to future tellers

(4)               I will hand Egypt over to a hard master

And harsh King will rule over them,

Declares the true Lord, Jehovah of armies”

Today God is out to deal with your enemies. Those that has vowed that you cannot amount to anything in life and destiny

ISAIAH 19:16-17

(16)     “In that day Egypt will become like women,

            Trembling and terrified because of the threatening

            Hand that Jehovah of armies raises against it

(17)     And the land of Judah will become a cause for

terror to Egypt. They will feel dread at the decision

that Jehovah of armies has made against them”

Today, the enemies of your destiny is about to surrender to what belongs to you. The mighty hand of Jehovah is about to do divine surgery on your affairs.

(1)               “Even if the wicked is shown favour he will not learn

Righteousness; even in the land of uprightness

He will act wickedly, and he will; not see the

Majesty of Jehovah

(2)               O Jehovah, your hand is raised; but they do not see it

                 They will see your zeal for your people and be put to shame

     Yes the fire for your adversaries will consume them”

PUNISHMENT FOR DISOBEDIENT AND RESTORATION FOR OBEDIENT

Today, God is set to punish every act of disobedient and injustice as well as bring restoration to every obedient child. The sin of Judah and Jerusalem is that they cease from spreading the good news to embark on their own words and action to the detriment of word of God.

ISAIAH 3:8

(8)       “For Jerusalem has stumbled, and Judah has fallen

Because in words and deeds they are against Jehovah

They behave defiantly in his glorious presence

(9)       The expression of their faces testifies against them

            And they proclaim their sin like Sodom,

            They do not try to hide it.

            Woe to them, for they are bringing disaster on themselves”

This is one of the reasons God is bringing punishment to every disobedient of house of God. And God said that he is withdrawing his favor and support until they repent:

ISAIAH 3: 1-5

(1)       “For look! The true lord Jehovah of armies is removing from

            Jerusalem and Judah every Kind of support of bread and

            water

(2)       Mighty Man and warrior, Judge and prophet, diviner and elder

(3)       Chief of 50, dignitary and adviser; the expert magician and the

            Skilled charmers

(4)       I will make boys their princes; and the unstable will rule over

Them

(5)       The people will oppress each one his fellow man

            The boy will assault the old man

            And the lightly esteemed one will defy the respected one”

(6)       Each one will take hold of his brother in his father’s house and

            Say: “you be our commander; take charge of this overthrown

            pile of ruin

(7)       But he will protest in that day “I will not be your wound dresser

            I have no food or clothing in my house

            Do not make me commander over the people”

Though God will still have mercy in his infinite love, and show favor to his people. When they obey:

ISAIAH 60:10-12

(10)     “Foreigners will build your walls; and their kings

will minister to you; for in my indignation I struck

you but in my favor I will have mercy on you

(11)     Your gate will be kept open constantly

            They will not be closed by day or night

            To bring to you the resources of the nations

And their Kings will take lead

(12)     For any nation and any kingdom that will not

            Serve you will perish; and the nations will

            Utterly devasted”

Today, the type of restoration God is giving to His obedient ones cannot be measured to their previous blessings. There is an abundant blessing coming your ways today.

ISAIAH 60: 14 - 16

(14)     “The sons of those who oppressed you will come

and bow before you; all those treating you

disrespectfully must bow down at you feet,

And they will have you the  city of Jehovah

Zion of the Holy one of Israel

(15)     Instead of your being abandoned and hated with

            Nobody passing through

            I will make your source of everlasting pride

            A cause for rejoicing throughout generations”

Many a time we have embark on a duty or Journey without seeking God’s approval by Holy Ghost, at the end of the day we see ourselves fumbling now, the question is that: do you consult God when you were planning to embark on that task? This is a critical issue that we need to tackle as children of God. Knowing full well that we don’t operate on the standard of this world; we operate by divine standard and that is why the bible describes us as eagles:

ISAIAH 40:29-30

(29)     “He gives power to the tired one

            And full might to those lacking strength

(30)     Boys will tire out and grow weary

            And young men will stumble and fall

(31)     But those hoping in Jehovah will regain

            Power

            They will soar on wings like eagles

            They will run and not grow weary

            They will walk and not faint”

It is good you put God first in your agenda to success in life and destiny; so that He will guide you and direct your path through His word by Holy Ghost:

PROVERB 16:20

(20)     “The one who show insight in a matter will

find success;

And happy is the one trusting in Jehovah”

Success is not by chance neither is it by choice but it comes by trusting in the lord couple with your effort. Trusting God is not being lazy rather utilizing your time appropriately. The adage said that “time is money”, if you can manage your time very well by Holy Ghost to discover and utilize what God has deposited in you. You will end up a success. But it demands your effort which is your hard work to timing of the Holy Ghost. God said that whatever you do must succeed as a child of God:

Our God is awesome in power and might. His enduring acts in the midst of His children are still speaking till date. When we recite the deeds of old and compare it to what He is still doing today. Then you will understand that there is nothing difficult for God to crush:

PSALM 78:42

(42)     “They did not remember his power

            The day that he rescued them from the adversaries

(43)     How he displayed his signs in Egypt

            And his miracles in the region of zoan

(44)     And how he turned the Nile Canals into blood so that

            they could not drink from their stream

(45)     He sent swarms of gadflies to devour them to ruin

(46)     He gave their crops to the voracious locusts

            The fruit of their labour to the swarming locust

(47)     He destroyed their vines with hail

            And their sycamore trees with their hailstones

(48)     He gave their beasts of the burden over the hail and

            Their livestock to the lightning bolt

(49)     He inflicted his burning anger on them

            Fury and indignation and distress

            Companies of angel bringing calamity

(50)     He cleared a pathway for his anger

            He did not spare them from death

            And he gave them over pestilence

These are God’s mighty acts to deliver the children of Israel from the hands of their oppressor Egypt. And today just as God uses rod of punishment on Egyptians to deliver Israelites; God also will use the same on your enemies to deliver you today in Jesus name. Amen. God of yesterday is still the same God today, only be patience with the lord. He will fight your battle and give victory over your enemies”
