GOD’S HELP IS AT HAND

PSALM 144:1-END

ISAIAH 44:1-END

As God’s servant you deserve a reward because a laborer is worthy of his wages. So today help is coming from above. God’s intervention will take place today in those critical issues that you have been searching for solution but you did not find yet.

ISAIAH 44:1-3

(1)               “Now listen O Jacob my servant

And you, O Israel whom I have chosen

(2)               This is what Jehovah says

Your maker and the one who formed you

Who has helped you from the womb

Do not be afraid my servant Jacob

And you Jeshurun whom I have chosen

(3)               For I will pour out water on the thirsty one

And flowing streams on the dry ground

I will pour out my spirit on your offspring

And my blessing on your descendant”

God has promised to bless you today and no power can stop him from what he has decided to do for you today. Did He do it to his servants in the past? Yes

PSALM 144:10

(10)     “To the one who gives victory to the kings

            The one rescuing his servant David from

deadly sword”

He will do it for you today; He will give you victory and help in the time of trouble. Remained Blessed

BY GRACE; NOT EFFORT

PROVERB27:1-END

As Servants of God we need not to depend on our might or achievement lest we grow pomposity out of ignorant but rather we need to depend on God’s grace seeing ourselves as nobody before God irrespective of what we have accomplished or acquired. Because God does not delight in your strength or effort:

PSALM 147:10

(10)     “He does not delight in the power of the horse

            Nor is he impressed by strong leg of a man

(11)     Jehovah finds pleasure in those who fear him;

            In those waiting for his loyal love”

This is God for you, for some of you who take God for granted, be warned!   ; You don’t share God’s glory without being punished severely. Nebuchadnezzar tried it and ate grass  for seven year as beasts, Herod tried it at the book of Acts 12:22 and the angel of the lord slapped him to death and he was eaten by worms, King Belshazzar  tried it in the book of Daniel 5:5 and the Kingdom was taken away from him. So why must you begin to praise yourself before others instead of others praising God for your life? When other people praise you, you are in trouble and when you praise yourself, you are also in trouble because God had set aside a day for judgment for those that does not give him glory. When your life does give glory to God, God himself will preserve your life.

Proverb 27:1

(1)       “Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know

            What a day will bring

(2)       Let someone else praise you, and not your own mouth

(3)       A stone is heavy and sand is weighty

            But the irritation cause by a fool is heavier than both”

It is only a fool that exult him/her beyond measure. As servants of most high God we apt to be humble so that his promises to us will come to pass:

ISAIAH 44:1-3

As you depend on his grace today rather than your strength and effort, God is about to open a door that no man can shut except him God. Remained blessed

CALAMITY FROM THE NORTH

ISAIAH 21:1-END

God is set again to Judge the wickedness of his people, the children of God today are deceived by seers and false prophets that prophesies illusion to the detriment of destruction which God has arisen today to dethrone and judge all the exalted knowledge against his will and purpose for man. As a result God is set to punish every wicked act of daughters of Zion who had been deceived by illusion:

JEREMIAH 1:13

(1)               “The word of Jehovah come to me saying:

“What do you see?” so I said: “I see a boiling

pot , and its mouth is tilted from north

(2)               Then Jehovah said to me: “out of the north

The calamity will break loose against all

the inhabitant of the land

(3)               For I am summoning all families of the

Kingdoms of the north, declares Jehovah

And they will come; each one will set up his

Throne at the entrance of the gates of

Jerusalem

Against all the cities of Judah

(4)               And I will declare my Judgment against over all

their wickedness because they have abandoned me

and they are making sacrificial smoke to other gods

and bowing down to the works of their own hand”

God is about to bring judgment on wicked acts of daughters of Zion who had been acting based on illusion and deception of false prophets.

LAMENTATION 2:14

(1)               “The visions your prophets saw for you were false and

Empty and they did not expose your error in order to

turn away your captivity

But they kept visioning for false and misleading

Pronouncement”

Today, your wickedness is exposed but if you can sincerely tell yourself the truth and make amendment to repentance, the blood of Jesus is always available for mercy.

PUNISHMENT OF DISOBEDIENT

ISAIAH 28:1-END

Today God is about to punish every act of disobedient from his elects. Those that do not hearken to His voice through his word, especially those who do not listen to his servants, today is a day of distress for the one who has chosen other gods to Almighty God rather than  through his son Jesus Christ.

Do you want to be free from this distress? Then go for knowledge, it is only the truth in the knowledge of his word that makes a difference in your life:

ISAIAH 28:1

(1)       “Woe to the showy crown of the drunkards of Ephraim

            And the fading blossom of its glorious beauty, which

            Is on the heads of fertile valley of those overcome

            With wine!

(2)       Look! Jehovah has some strong and mighty,

            Like a thundering hailstorm, a destructive

Windstorm like a thunderstorm of a powerful

Flood waters,

He will forcefully hurl it down to the earth

(3)       The showy crowns of the drunkards of Ephraim

Will be trampled underfoot”

The tribe of Ephraim is proud personalities that have decided to join the band wagon of the world in order to satisfy their belly. And as a result pride of life and luster of the eyes is their necklace. They compete with the world in order to fulfill luxurious life to the detriment of their soul. God said that he will punish their disobedient.

ISAIAH 30:1

(1)       “Woe to the stubborn sons “declares Jehovah

            Who carry out plans that are not mine

            Who make alliances but not by my spirit

            In order to add sin to sin

 (2)      They go down to Egypt without consulting

            Me to take shelter under Pharaoh’s protection

            And to take refuge in the Egypt shadow a cause

            For humiliation”

As a child of God, you cannot trust God for something and serve the world for the same thing you are expecting from God. No! It does not work like that, when you trust God , serve God for every little expectation; seek Him not the world, knowing full well that God rewards those that diligently seek Him.

Egyptian help is bondage, so trust God and serve God because God will punish and frustrate every help from Egypt. Remained blessed

JUSTICE TO THE OPPRESSED

ISAIAH 1:1-END

ISAIAH 21:1-END

God is out today to punish every act of injustice, those that are good in oppressing others; today God has opened your chapter. But if only you will turn away from your wicked ways, God’s mercy will prevail over judgment. A lot of God’s children are humiliated, intimidated, manipulated and controlled by human oppression; in a nutshell they are deprived of human right to the detriment of their faith. Faith in Christ has made Christianity looks stupid to the world. But it is so because God has limited Christianity to that standard because of Christ.

I CORINTHIAN 3:18-19

(18)     “Let no man deceive himself. If any man among

you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him

become a fool, that he may be wise.

(19)     For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with

            God . For it is written, He taketh the wise in their

            Own craftiness”

Now, you need to understand that we serve the only wise God; who created the whole universe, and made you to understand that by strength shall no man prevail. You can only prevail by Grace; God has given you to overcome and withstand a temptation that tries to prevail against nature through luster of life as well as pride of life.

ISAIAH 5:23

(23)     “Those who acquit the wicked for a bribe

            And who deny justice to righteous!

(24)     Therefore just as the tongue of fire

            consumes the stubble

            And dry grass shrivel in the flames

            Their very roots will rot,

            And their blossoms will scatter like powder,

            Because they rejected the law of Jehovah of

            armies

            And he will stretch out his hand against

            them and strike them.

            The mountains will be like refuse in the streets

            In view of all his anger is still stretched out to

Strike”

Today God is not happy with oppressors, God hate those that deprive the less privileged of their right. When you are good in humiliating these calibers of people be warned because their God is mighty:

EXODUS 22:22

(22)     “You must not afflict any window or fatherless child

(23)     if you afflict him at all, so that he cries out to me,

            I will unfailingly hear his outcry:

(24)     And my anger will blaze and I will kill you with

            Sword , and your wives will become widows,

and your children will be fatherless”

So this remains God’s standard towards oppressions till date:

JAMES 1:27

(27)     “The form of worship that is clean and undefiled from

Stand point of our God and father is this: to look after

Orphans and widows in their tribulation and to keep

Oneself without spot from the world”

If I will be asked, God will put the prayers of those that don’t have hope in another avenue for their sustenance  except their God is everything to them; more especially those that are mostly deprived of their human right:

ISAIAH 1:23

(23)     “Your princess are stubborn and partners with thieves

            Every one of them loves a bribe and chaser after gift

            They do not grant justice to the fatherless”

            And legal case of the widow never reaches them”

(24)     Therefore, the true Lord, Jehovah of armies

            The powerful one of the Israel declares: “Ah! I will

            Take revenge on my enemies”

Today, God is saying that Justice should be given to the poor ones.

OBEDIENT NOT SACRIFICE ATTRACTS THE ANOINTING

ISAIAH 10:1-END

We all know that the oil is the symbolic of anointing which in a nutshell today means God’s presence. The presence of God is what is lacking in life of some Christians today due to disobedient. Now, knowing full well, we cannot achieve much without his presence into our lives which comes only through obedient. No amount of sacrifice you offer today will move God than obeying his voice by the Holy Ghost. This is where the yoke is destroyed not in sacrifices:

(27)     “And it comes to pass in that day; that his burden

            Shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and

            His yoke from off thy neck and the yoke shall

Be destroyed because of the anointing”

It is only through obedient to his word and his voice by the Holy Ghost that yokes is shattered. A lot of people have tried to please God by sacrifices which did not work:

ISAIAH 1:10 – 13

(10)     “Hear the word of Jehovah you dictators of Sodom

            Pay attention to the Law of Our God, you people

            of Gomorrah

(11)     of what benefit to me are your many sacrifices?

            Says Jehovah “I have had enough of your burnt

            offerings of rams and the fat of well-fed animal

            And I have no delight in the blood of young

            Bulls and lambs and goats”

(12)     when you come to appear before me who has

required this from you

This trampling of my courtyards?

(13)     Stop bringing in any more worthless grain offering

            your incense is detestable to me

            New  Moons, Sabbaths the callings of conventions

            I cannot put up with the use of magical power

            Along with your solemn assembly

(14)     I have hated your new moons and your festivals

            They have become a burden to me

(15)     And when you spread out your palms I hid

my face from you although you offer

many prayers

            I am not listening

Your hands are filled with blood?

See you cannot please God with continual sacrifices like your 40 days fasting without obedient to his word and in tune to what the Holy Ghost is saying. Many Christians has destroyed professions with so many sacrifices to the detriment of their sins. The blood of Jesus has covered your sins as a Christian, you need to walk by faith through obedient as Abraham did towards God, and it was recorded as righteousness on his account. So walking in obedient attracts his presence which is the anointing that will teach you how to triumph. Anointing which we use oil to symbolize is a king maker, no king in Israel existed without oil touching his head. So today, it is not always physical oil but a spiritual unction that comes by Holy Ghost.

I JOHN 2:26-27

(26)     “I write you these things about those who are trying

            to mislead you

(27)     And as for you, the anointing that you received

            from Him remains in you, and you do not need anyone

to be teaching you; but the anointing from him is

teaching about all things and is true and is no lie

Just as it has taught your remain in union with him”

We can see that anointing that comes by Holy Ghost is able to lecture even a stack illiterate through his word. The anointing is the key through life puzzling problem and not sacrifices of black magical powers that seers uses to deceive themselves and God’s people. As we learn to obey the Holy Ghost through God’s word by faith, we are going to attract this anointing which work for our good in the Kingdom of God.

ISAIAH 1:16-20

(1)               “Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean;

remove your evil deeds from my sight

stop doing had

(2)               Learn to do good, seek justice, correct

Oppressors

Defend the right of the fatherless child

And plead the cause of the widow”

Today, oppressiveness is the order of the day, due to disobedient, and the worst part of it is that those that oppress others at the end of the day claims that they are being oppressed. This is why no amount of sacrifice you render to God will attract or bring down the anointing or God’s presence that destroys yoke into your situation. People think you can buy anointing with money, no! Not even your sacrifice can give it to you, but it come by power in the blood of Jesus Christ through obedient by faith. This is why you must desist from oppressing the poor, fatherless and widows. These calibers their God is mighty.

ISAIAH 10:1-2

(1)       “Woe to those who enact harmful regulations,

            Who constantly draft oppressive decrees?

(2)       To deny the legal claim of the poor

            To deprive the lowly among my people of

Justice,

Making widows their spoil

And fatherless children their plunder”

Today as you desist from oppression, God will visit you in this second quarter of the year and giving you laughter which you least expected. Remain blessed.

THE GOD OF VENGEANCE 4

Today God has promised to fight your battle as his servant, to deal with the nations that have withstood your advancement as well as hand you over your entitlement which you deserved but the enemies were sitting on them. God said that you should not be afraid that He has arisen from his throne to dethrone Kingdoms:

ISAIAH 43:3

(3)       “For I am Jehovah your God the Holy one of Israel

            Your savior; I have given Egypt as a ransom for you

            Ethiopia and Seba in exchange for you

(4)       For you became precious in my eyes;

            You were honored and I have loved you

            So I will give people in place of you

            And nations in exchange for your life

(5)       Do not be afraid, for I am with you

            I will bring your offspring from the east

            And gather you together from the west”

God is set to doing a new thing in your life, but he wants to first dethrone kingdoms that has exalted themselves against the power and knowledge of the Most High God. The kingdoms like Tyre, Egypt and Babylon also known as the Chaldeans will be silenced from today because God has arisen to punish every offender with his oppressive hand and God said that he will hand Tyre over to oppressive nations and these nations will prostitute her and all the profit she generate will be for God’s advantage. This will be a punishment for her pride and arrogance:

ISAIAH 23: 17-18

(17)     “ At the end of 70 years, Jehovah will turn

his attention to Tyre and she will return

to her hire and prostitute herself with all

the world’s kingdoms on the face of the

earth

(18)     But her profit and her hire will become

            something Holy to Jehovah. It will not

            be stored or laid away, because her hire will

 be for those dwelling before Jehovah, so that

they may eat to satisfaction and wear elegant

clothing”

But you his servant rejoice because God has set to beautify you from today:

ISAIAH 43:18

(18)     “Do not remember the former things,

And do not dwell on the past

(19)     Look! I am doing something new

            Even now it is springing up

            Do you not recognize it?

            I will make a way through the wilderness

            And rivers through the desert

(20)     The wild beast of the field will honor me

            The Jackals and the ostriches,

            For I provide water in the wilderness

            Rivers in the desert,

For my people, my chosen ones to drink”

God is about to design and beautify you to the envy of the world. The world will see you, but they will not recognize you because his glory in your life. Those that has planned and determined to make you servant for life, will become your servant overnight.

ISAIAH 43:11

(11)     “I – I am Jehovah, and besides me there is no savior

(12)     I am the one who declared and saved and made

Known when there was no foreign god among you

So you are my witness declared Jehovah and I

am God

(13)     Also, I am always the same one; and no one can snatch

            Anything out of my hand when I act, who can prevent

            It?

(14)     For you become precious in my eyes

            You were honored and I have loved you

            So I will give people in place of you

            And nations in exchange for your life”

THE NEED FOR DISCIPLINE

ECCLESISATIES 1:1-END

PROVERB 4:1-END

God disciplines those he loves so that they don’t go to the grave untimely. A lot of people have been puffed up to the detriment of their lives which is not God’s divine agenda for their existence. These calibers are stiff necked. Job specified about them that even when God correct them they will not hearken to correction:

JOB 36:13

(13)     “The godless at heart will harbor resentment

            They do not cry for help even when he binds

            Them

(14)     They die while still young, spending their life

            among male temple prostitutes

(15)     But God rescues the afflicted during their

Affliction; He open their ear when they are

Oppressed.”

King James Version put it this way:

(13)     “But the hypocrites in heart heap up wrath:

            They cry not when he bindeth them

(14)     They die in youth, and their life is among unclean

(15)     He delievereth the poor in his affliction,

            And openeth their ear in oppression”

People like this will resist God’s plan for their lives due to pride. Pride is the quickest destroyer of personalities and great future because God will always resist such persons.

JAMES 4:6

(6)       But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he said,

“God resist the proud and gives grace unto the

humble”

We can site series of cases where God has resisted the proud nations and Kingdom. Tyre was one of the nations that God determined to discipline because of their arrogance and pride:

ISAIAH 23:9

(9)       “Jehovah of armies himself has decided this to profane

            her pride over all her beauty, to humiliate all those who

 were honored throughout the earth”

Remember the adage “Man proposes God opposes, a man opposes himself when he walk contrary to God’s instruction according to his word. The word of God is the light and signal to your destination with God. But when you obey your own self imposed word to his word, there will be trouble. This is why Jesus began to curse the scribes and the Pharisees in the book of Mathew.

MATHEW 23:1-3

(1)       “Then Jesus spoke to the crowds and to his disciples saying:

(2)       “The scribes and the Pharisees have seated themselves in

            the seat of Moses.

(3)       Therefore, all the things they tell you, do and observe, but

            do not do according to their deeds for they say but they do

            not practice what they say

This is where the need for discipline comes; so many gospel preachers are in this shoe today. Remember that Jesus said that they seat themselves in the Moses seat, not even God that seat them there, this is why God says that he that exalts himself shall be humbled but he that humbles himself shall be exalted. 90 percent of gospels today are for bread and butter. The quest for money and gain has triggered even criminals to open mushroom churches, all in the name of prosperity; some even employ black magic all in the name of church, and we have recent incident where human beings were buried in a foundation of a new church as a sacrifice to who they worship which is Satan, making mockery of the gospel. These calibers have invited tradition into church just as Jesus warned the scribes and the Pharisees.

MATHEW 23:5

(5)       All the work they do, they do to be seen by men,

            For they broaden the scripture containing cases

that they wear as safeguard and lengthen the

fringes of their garments

(6)       They like the most prominent place at evening meal

            And the front seat in the synagogues”

See, these people their pride was obvious to people, they like to put themselves first before the people they lead, but this rule does not favor leaders in the Kingdom of God, it can favor the worldly standard of leadership but not the kingdom based leadership. As a servant of God, you put the people you lead in the fore front so that you can be able to monitor them as their leader; your duty as a pastor is to watch from the back, not from the front. Being in the front does not make you a leader in this kingdom except in the world. The Fulani’s herdsmen will chase the ship from the back, to make sure they don’t divert from the designated destination and when there is danger ahead of the ship they will come in the front and show them clear direction to escape the danger. So as a pastor, you are like these herdsmen. So your wiping stick of correction is the word of God and rebuking when needed. You should not discipline with envy, backbiting, gossip , and physical beatings because that will cause more harm than good because your members are not yet ship or goat yet; we use it as illustration here. Use this tactics so you can be able to save them for Christ.

This means you have to tolerate a lot of sheet from your members as a pastor, so you can be able to teach them the right standard of Christ in humility and meekness.

MATHEW 23:12

(12)     “Whoever exalts himself will be humbled and whoever

            humbles himself will be exalted”

Look! As a servant of God, you don’t try to discipline those you lead yourself, all you need to do is to teach and correct them especially open rebuke. But as for discipline, God is the one that will do that. A lot of pastors have tried to discipline their followers in their own means and at the end of the day losing them to the world. Look your prayer and teaching as a pastor does everything even more than any tactics you want to use as discipline.

REVELATION 3:19

(19)     “All those for whom I have affection, I reprove

            and disciplines, in fact, he scourges everyone

            whom he receives as a son”

God knows how to correct his own people and bring them back to order:

HEBREW 12:6

(6)       “For those whom Jehovah loves he disciplines,

in fact, he scourges everyone, whom he receives as a son”

It only through discipline and power in the blood of Jesus Christ that what is crooked can be straightened again.

ECLESIASTE 1:15-16

(15)     “What is crooked cannot be made straight

            And what is lacking cannot possibly be counted

(16)     Then I said in my heart; “Look! I have acquired

            great wisdom, more than anyone who was

before me in Jerusalem and my heart gained great

deal of wisdom and knowledge”

So every discipline is to call back attention of the person to what he/she left untouched or ignorantly overlooked. This is why we should always flashback our memories to correct issues with the help of Holy Ghost.
