WISDOM IS THE KEY

ECCLESIASTES 7:1-END

Wisdom said that it is better to abide with a good name rather than perfume used to beautify smelling odor. This is to tell you that wisdom brings a change we least expect because its attributes are excellent in making decision. Wisdom also said that better to go to house of mourning than house of laughter because everyone must end up that way. She also made us understand that the day of death is better than the day of birth because the day of death is the day everyone will give account of your existence on planet earth. This is the day to count your blessing, losses and achievement.

ECCLESIASTES 7:1

(1)   “ A good name is better than oil; and the day of death

Better than the day of birth”

So, today wisdom says that you should strive to maintain a good name and better reputation:

ECCLESIASTES 7:11-12

(11)  “Wisdom together with an inheritance is a good

          thing and advantage to those who see the light

          of the day

(12)  For wisdom is a protection just as money is a

        Protection, but the advantage of knowledge

        Is this: Wisdom preserves the life of it owner”

NEHEMIAH 9:1-END

People had revolted to God in one way or the other to the advantage of their desires. People are groomed in achieving their wishes through devious or evil means. And as a result their wickedness sometimes keeps God far away from their cry for help when need come for help. Look! You cannot eat your cake and have it back again. You cannot serve two masters at the same time. It is either you are serving God or you are serving the enemy the Devil. If not, God will spit you out because you are neither hot nor cold. Luke warmness, can never amount to anything in Christendom. So today God is set to restore someone and bless him/her, only if she can acknowledge his/her disobedient and make restitution to God.

ISAIAH 31:6-7

(6) “Return to the one against whom you have blatantly

      revolted, O people of Israel

(7) For in that day each will reject his worthless gods

      Of silver and his valueless gods of gold, which your

      Own hands sinfully made”

Those things that draw you away from serving God are worthless gods. Anything that will not give you chance to serve Go in your own capacity are worthless gods. You have to say no to them.

ISAIAH 60:1-2

(1) “Arise, O woman, shed light for your light has come

     The glory of Jehovah shines on you

(2) For look! Darkness will cover the earth and thick

    gloom the nations; but on you Jehovah will shine”

Today, God has decided to bless someone who is ready to make amendment and restitution. It will be a matter of obedient to his directives by Holy Ghost. Your blessing is by your side but it will take insight and foresight in the word to recognize it . remain blessed.

Before any restoration; God has seen a heart yearning for service. God did not restore you to be useless but to be useful to him. That is the main purpose God is restoring you. In today’s reading; he restored Egypt to serve him:

ISAIAH 19:22-24

(22) “Jehovah will strike Egypt, striking and

          healing it; and they will return to Jehovah

          and he will respond to their entreaties

         heal them

(23) In that day there will be a highway out of

        Egypt to Assyria. Then Assyria will come into

        Egypt, and Egypt into Assyria and Egypt

        will serve God together with Assyria

(24) In that day Israel will be the third along

        with Egypt and with Assyria, a blessing

        In the midst of the earth”

So today the restoration coming your way is an avenue to serve God in greater dimension; God also restored Isaiah to serve him in a higher realm and level.

ISAIAH 6:7-8

(7) “He touched my mouth and said:

“Look! This has touched your lips,

Your guilt is removed, and your sin

Is atoned

(1)               Then I heard the voice  of Jehovah

Saying: “whom shall I send, and who

Will go for us ? And I said: Here I am

NEGLECTING INSPIRED DECISION; SHE BECAME A LEPER

ISAIAH 49:1-END

PROVERB 16:1-END

Sometimes in life we get entangled in things we are not supposed to mingle with; because of greediness and covetousness. Think of Gehazi that went and accepted what his master Elisha rejected and he became a leper:

2 KING 5:20

(20) “Gehazi the attendant of Elisha the man of True God

        Said to himself: ‘Here my master has spared this Syrian

        Naaman by not accepting from him what he brought.

        As surely as Jehovah is living, I will run after him

        And take something from him

(21) So Gehazi chased after Naaman. When Naaman

        saw someone running after him, he got down from

       his chariot to meet him and said: “I s everything all

       right?

(22) To this he said: “All is well. My master has sent me,

        Saying, look! Just now two young men from the

        Mountainous region of Ephraim from the sons of the

        Prophets came to me. Give them, please, a talent

       Of silver and two changes of garments

(23) Naaman said: “Go on, take two talents.” He kept

       Urging him, and he  wrapped up two talents of

       Silver in two bags, with two Changes of garments

      And gave them to two of his attendants, who

      carried them before him

(24) when he reached Ophel he took them from their

      hand and put them in the house and sent the men

      away. After they left

(25) he went in and stood by his master. Elisha now said

      To him: “Where did you come from, Gehazi? But

     He said: “Your servant did not go anywhere.”

(26) Elisha said to him: “was my heart not there with

       You when the man got down from his chariot to

         meet you? Is it a time to accept silver or to accept

          garments or olive grooves or vineyards or sheep

          or cattle or male or female servants?

(27)    Now Naaman’s leprosy will stick to you and your

           Descendants forever” Immediately he went out

          From before him a leper, white as snow.”

This serves as a warning to those that disrespect God’s servants and Holy things; on another occasion is Miriam, the sister of Moses, she accused Moses and jealous for marrying a Cushite Woman and anger of God descended on her and she became a leper.

NUMBERS 12:1-10

(1)              “Now Miriam and Aaron began to speak against

Moses because of the Cushite wife he had married,

for he had taken a Cushite wife

(2)              They were saying: “Is it only by Moses that Jehovah

has spoken? Has he not also spoke through us? And

Jehovah was listening.

(3)              Now the man Moses was by far the meekest of all

the men on the face of the earth.

(4)              Jehovah suddenly said to Moses and Aeron and Miriam

“Go out, the three of you, to the tent of meeting.” So the

three of them went out

(5)              And Jehovah came down in the pillar of cloud and stood

At the entrance of the tent and called Aaron and Miriam.

Both of them went forward

(6)              He then said: “Hear my words, please. If there was a

Prophet of Jehovah among you, I would make myself

Known to him in a vision, and I would speak to him

In a dream

(7)              But it is not that way with my servant Moses! He is

Being entrusted with all my house

(8)              Face-to-face I speak to him, openly, not by riddles;

and appearance of Jehovah is what he sees. Why,

then, did you not fear to speak against my servant,

against Moses?

(9)              So Jehovah’s anger burned against them, and he

departed from them

(10)          The cloud moved away from over the tent, and look!

Miriam was struck with leprosy as white as snow,

Then Aaron turned toward Miriam, and he  saw that

She was struck with leprosy

(11)          Immediately, Aaron said to Moses “I beg you, my lord!

Please do not hold this sin against us! We have

Acted foolishly in what we have done

This is why we should respect God and his servants to include his word; It is not good to pay around with Holy things of God, people who are in such position of playing with God should learn from past experience, think of King Uzzaiah who out of pride and arrogant entered the temple to burn incense meant for only duty to the priest to perform and he became a leper:

2        CHRONICLE 26:16-21

(16) “However, as soon as he was strong, his heart

          became haughty to his own ruin, and he acted

          unfaithfully against Jehovah His God by entering

          the temple of Jehovah to burn incense on the

         altar of incense

(17) Immediately Azariah the priests of Jehovah went

       In after him

(18) They confronted King Uzzaiah and said to him:

        “It is not proper for you, Uzziah, to burn incense

        To Jehovah! It is only the priests who burn  incense

       For they are the descendants of Aaron, those who

       Have been sanctified. Go out from the sanctuary,

       For you have acted unfaithfully and you receive

       You will receive no glory from Jehovah God for this,”

(19) But Uzziah who had a censer in his hand to burn

       Incense, became enraged; and during the rage

       Against the priest, leprosy broke out of his

      Forehead  in the presence of the priests in the

      house of Jehovah  Next to the altar of Incense”

(20) When Azariah the chief priest and all the priests

       Turned towards him, they saw that he had been

        Stricken with Leprosy in his forehead! So they

        Rushed; so they rushed him out of there, and

       He himself hurried out, because Jehovah had

       struck him”

(21) King Uzziah remained a leper until the day

       of his death, and he kept staying in a separate

      house as a leper, for he had been excluded from

     house of Jehovah. His son Jotham was in  charge

of King’s house judging  the people of the land”

what are we trying to learn from this? It is better you don’t go to house of God than you go and make sacrifices of a fool. Today, people don’t respect God’s Holy place any longer because grace had been made available through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Remember that all above mention are servants of God but in different dimension, but it is good you discover you own dimension and stick to it, don’t trespass and step on other’s toes. Today also some people are going about with different leprosy, what is your own leprosy like? Your own leprosy may be as a result of neglecting the inspired decision which is the word of God through the Holy Ghost. And that is the key every King will like to get so that he will not betray Justice in the land:

PROVERB 16:10

(10) “Inspired decision should be on the lips of a king

         He must never betray Justice”

It is time for people to respect God and His anointed one; so you don’t become victim unknown leprosy. The leprosy may be unknown problem as a result of disobedient to God’s word. Read up PROVERB 4:1-END. Remained blessed.

JUDGEMENT AGAINST EVIL WORKS

ISAIAH 19:1-END

ISAIAH 1:1-END

Today Jehovah has decided to judge evil and wickedness of the wicked. He has sworn to deal with every act of injustice ranging from idol worship, worthless gods, bribery and corruption and every form of ignorant. Today, people should learn to serve God in truth and in spirit to avert the wrath of God that is already out to waist the land:

 ISAIAH 5:23

(23)      “ Those who acquit the wicked for a bribe

             And who deny justice to the righteous

(24)     Therefore, just as the tongue of fire consumes

            the stubble and dry grass shrivel in the flames

           their very roots will rot and their blossoms

           will scatter like powder because they rejected

           the law of Jehovah

          And disrespected the word of Holy One of

          Israel

(25)   That is why the anger of Jehovah burns

          against his people

It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hand of Almighty God. God said that he will deal and waste the plan of the wicked. Those who have rejected Jehovah and chosen their own ways will face destruction:

ISAIAH 5:20

(20) “Woe to those who say that good is bad

         and bad is good

        Those who substitute darkness for light

        And light for darkness

       Those who put bitter for sweet and sweet

      For bitter”

Today, the wickedness of Israel has attracted God’s judgment. And today the acts of your wickedness are crying for revenge.

 ISAIAH 1:23

(23)     “Your princes are stubborn and partners with thieves

Everyone of them loves a bribe and chases after gifts

They do not grant Justice to the fatherless

And legal case of widow never reaches them

(24)    Therefore the true Lord, Jehovah of armies

           The powerful one of Israel declares:

          “Ah! I will rid myself of my adversaries

          And I will take revenge on my enemies

If God can joke with anything, not the service of His house, people now has ceased different ways to serve God as they want. But forgetting that we don’t serve God as we want but we serve God as specified in the doctrine of our lord Jesus Christ as Christians:

 2 JOHN 1:9

(1)               “Everyone who pushes ahead and does not remain

In the teaching of Christ does not have God.

The one who does remain in this teaching is the one

Who has both the father and the son”

The doctrine of Jesus Christ points more at expanding the Kingdom of heaven through the gospel of Christ. This is called the great commission to Christians.

MATHEW 10:1-15

(1)   “So he summoned his 12 disciples and gave them

Authority over unclean spirits; In order to expel

these and to cure every sort of disease and every

sort of infirmity.

(2)   The names of the 12 apostles are these: First, Simon,

the one called Peter, And Andrew his brother; James

the son of Zebedee and John his brother;

(3)   Philip and Bartholomew;  Thomas and Mathew the tax

 collector, James the son of Alphaeus; Thaddaeus

(4)   Simon the cannaean and Judas Iscarrot, who later

Betrayed him.

(5)   These 12 Jesus sent out, giving them these instructions:

not go off into the road of the nations, and do not enter

(6)   But instead, go continually to the lost sheep of house

up the dead, make lepers clean, expel demons,

for the worker deserves his food

(11)   “In whatever city or village you enter, search out who

           In it is deserving , and stay there , until you leave

(12)   When you enter the house , greet the household

(13)   If the house is deserving, let the peace you wish it

          Come upon it ; but if it is not deserving, let the peace

          You wish it return upon you.

(14)  Wherever anyone does not receive you or listen to your

         Words, on going out of the house or that city, shake the

        Dust off your feet (15) truly I say to you, it will be more

        Endurable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah on

       judgment day than for that city.

This is what God expect from every servant of God; it is not to dwell in the house of God and turn it to a place of gossip instead of a place of worship:

ECCLESIASTES 5:1

(1)   “Watch your step whenever you go to the house

of true God; it is better to draw near to listen than

to give a sacrifice as the stupid ones do, for they

are not aware that what they are doing is bad”

The problem with Christians today is that they want to serve God their own way. Not as the specified standard of Christ. Today, the bread and butter Christianity is more in practice than soul winning Christianity. People like to advertise their problems in the house of God as a Ceremonial of poverty in the kingdom of God. Thereby, if their needs are not met, they will resort to grumbling, murmuring and blaming pastors for their predicament. We don’t come to God with problem. Rather we look for problem in the house of God which we can solve. And in solving those problems, your own problem will vanish at the end of the day. So don’t blame God’s servants with murmuring. What are you gifted for, use it to serve God in this Kingdom. And when you utilize it well, God will give you more.

DEUTRONOMY 28:47

(47) “Because thou servedst not the thy God with Joyfulness,

         And gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things

(48) Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the Lord

        Shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst and in

       nakedness, and in want of all things; and he shall

        Put yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee”

This is the root of oppression in your life. Learn to serve God with happiness and Joy. and oppression of your enemies will cease:

ECCLESIASTES 3:7

(7)   “ For just as many preoccupations lead to dream

So, too many words leads to futility. But fear the

True God

(8)   If you see any oppression of the poor and a violation

of justice and righteousness in district, do not be

surprised about the matter. For that high official

is being watched by one who is higher than he is,

and there others who are still higher than them”

(9)   Also, the profit of the land is divided among them all;

even the king is served by the field”

So in the house of God and Kingdom of God, there is orderliness. God sometimes permit oppression in order to turn one away from unrighteous course. God punished Egyptians with terrible plagues just for them to release his people Israelites who were eager to serve him. The same God has prophesied through Prophet Isaiah what He will do to Egypt:

ISAIAH 19:22

(22) “Jehovah will strike Egypt, striking and healing it

        And they will return to Jehovah, and he will

        return to their entreaties and heal them”

Today God said that every Egypt that is not helping you to serve God In truth and spirit will be wiped out in Jesus Name.
