LIFE IS TOO SHORT; GIVING DETERMINES ALTITUDE

PSALM 90: 1-7

Colossian 4:15

We have come to conclusion that God who design the earth as a planet has set up standard for it. The entire universe has a manual just as gadgets like television, computers and Radio set has manual from the manufacturer. The manual for successful operation of the Earth is the Holy Bible. Let get to the root of existence, and count our days on earth because life is too short.

PSALM 90:10

(10)     “The span of our life is 70 years or 80 if one is

            Especially strong, But they are filled with

Trouble and sorrow”

Now, the question is how can we manage the trouble and sorrow to live a successful and healthy life with the little time giving? The answer is going through the manual for existence which is the Holy Bible. God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man sowed the same he shall reap.

GALATIAN 6:7

(7)       “Be not deceived God is not mocked for

whatsoever a man Soweth, that shall he also reap

(8)       For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the same

 reap corruption but he that soweth to the spirit

life everlasting”

Life is about give and take, you cannot receive more than you have given and you cannot give more than you have received or gained. But the measure is what determines the outcome of the Destiny of every one on earth. Your heart towards God is the measure used to determine your love towards God counting your appreciation. This is why givers can never lack.

LUKE 6:38

(38)     “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good

measure, pressed down and shaken together

running over, shall men give into your bosom.

For with the same measure that ye mete withal

It shall be measured to you again”

It takes a heart of wisdom to give, this is wisdom of God per excellence, don’t rely on arms of flesh to prevail, rely on His invisible hand through the Holy Ghost for circumcision of  your heart to give through love.

JOHN 3:16

(16)     “For God so love the world that he

gave his only begotten son that

whosoever believeth in

him shall not perish but have

everlasting life:

God demonstrated love through giving, let us emulates and follow the same steps. Since love is the greatest commandment. Let us love by giving out our time, resources, wisdom, and energy to the work of God especially in this wicked and adulterous generation because time is very short.

PSALM 90:12

(12)     “Teach me to count my days so that we

may acquire a heart of wisdom”

God has done His best to create us, all we need is the wisdom to execute task and that can be gotten through study of the word of God.

2 TIMOTHY 2:15

(15)     “Do your utmost to present yourself approved

            To God , a workman with nothing  to be

            Ashamed of, handling the word of  the truth

aright”

When you study, you acquire knowledge that will distinguish you on earth as well as put smile on your face because knowledge ends up ignorant. I mean it deletes ignorant from your Destiny as well as increase your speed to the top.

PSALM 90:14

(14)     “Satisfy us with your loyal love in the morning

            So that we may shout Joyfully and rejoice

            During all our day”

David prayed to God for mercy, so that he can fulfill his destiny very well, it takes the mercy of God to fulfill destiny. And his mercy comes through giving. God makes grace available through giving. This grace is also what strengthens everything around you to include the works of your hand. It is also called favour.

PSALM 90:17

(17)     “May the favour of Jehovah our God be upon us

            May you prosper the works of our hands, yes

            Prosper the works of our hands”
