PROVERB 23:6-18
The bible says that the heart of men are desperately
wicked (JEREMIAH 17:9) . Trust God
in all you want for existence in life and never look up to any man for help. He
will send helpers at the appointed time when it is necessary. See it as a
privilege from God, when you are helped by someone because God does not delight
in having regards for men.
2 CONRINTHIAN 5:16
(4) “Wherefore henceforth know we no man after
the
Flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the
Flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more”
JEREMIAH 17:5

“Thus
said the lord; cursed be the man that
trusteth
Man and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart
departed from the lord.”
Now, who do you trust for those things you need to
survive? Is it Friends and relations or business colleagues? Oh, they will
disappoint even at the dead line or expiration of the need. It is better to
trust God for every single thing you need before demanding from Man. Do not be
deceived because any free gift you received from man as a child or son of God
is God’s approval. When God did not approve, you will not receive. Now, what’s
the need of having men at the back of your mind as a source of help? Even God
is jealous when men brag and boast that they are helping you, especially the
stingy ones: when they offer N10.00 they
broadcast everywhere that they are helping you.
PROVERB 23:6
(6) “Do
not eat the food of a stingy person
(7) For
he is like one keeping accounts,
“Eat and drink”, he says to you,
but he
Does not mean it.
(8) You
will vomit up the morsel
You
have eaten”. And will have wasted
Your
complement”
Please if you notice such a person, do not even associate
with him/her. Look up! It is only in the fear of God that you will find a
future and a hope.
PROVERB 23:17-18
(5)
“let your heart not envy sinners, But be in
the fear of Jehovah
All day long”
(6)
For then you will have a future; And your hope will not be
Cut off”
Your enduring future lies in the fear of God. And not the
fear of men.
