PROVERB 17:1-END

ISAIAH 1:1-END

The heart remains the controlling point for everyone’s destiny. The peace and failure a man encounters in life is as a result of the state of his/her heart. It is very dangerous for one’s heart to operate a double standard Judgment; thereby being deceitful to a point of destruction:

PROVERB 17:20

(20)  “The one who is crooked at heart will not

          Find success

          And the one who speaks deceitfully will

fall into ruin”

Look! When you try to cheat nature; you cheat yourself, irrespective of your position in the society, when you don’t discern a matter with the heart, you end up becoming a victim of unknown circumstance due to ignorant of discernment of wisdom.

PROVERB 17:24

(24)  “Wisdom is directly in front of the

discerning person, but the eyes of

stupid wonder to the ends of the

earth”

Though, discernment is a gift from God, we should endeavor to ask God for this special gift to operate in life. Discernment will open or reveal secrets to a man of wisdom. Your success in life begins when you concentrate much on the position of the heart. And you cannot achieve this successfully without true discernment of Wisdom:

PROVERB 17:22

(22)  “A joyful heart is good medicine

          But a crushed spirit saps one’s

Strength

The position or true state of one’s heart is so delicate that it determines where that person will end up the next phase of life’s Journey. This is why we should yield our motive as we discussed yesterday for proper operation and correction by the word of God. The word of God remains the only surgeon to the heart of man. As a child of God, you should endeavor to study the word day and night, so you can find success in your entire life endeavor:

PROVERB 16:1

(1)            “A man prepares the thought of his heart

But the answer he gives is from Jehovah”

PROVERB 16:9

(9)     “A man may plot out his course in his heart,

          But it is Jehovah who directs his steps”

When you plan in your heart to execute, Jehovah will direct your steps and course because He will not permit you to die before your time as his/her son. So every delay to a planned course has a purpose and every disappointment remains a blessing because the journey of destiny is too long.

On the other hand, it is the state of the heart that instills justice in the community. When a ruler is with a right standing heart, there will be peace in the community, but a double standard and wicked heart of a ruler brings trouble and deceit. When a good ruler is in position; even in the midst of famine, there is peaceful atmosphere:

PROVERB 17:1

(1)            “Better is a piece of bread where there is peace

Than a house full of feasting along with quarrel”

So today, yield your heart to the greatest surgeon being the word of God. And your life and destination will know no boundary to success in Jesus name. Amen. Remain blessed.
