A WARNING AGAINST IDOLATRY

ISAIAH 19:1-END

SONGS OF SOLOMON 5:1-END   

Today God is calling his own people in love to desist from Idolatry. Idolatry encompasses your covetousness and greediness towards mundane things of the world. You are eager to make money by dishonest schemes which are pure idolatry. Today God is saying that you should turn from such act because it is evil and deceitful as well as bites in the end:

Proverb 15:26-27

(26)  “Jehovah detest the schemes of the wicked one

          But pleasant saying are pure to Him

(27)  The one making dishonest profit brings trouble

on his own household,

But the one hating bribes will keep living.”

Today, God is also saying that he will frustrate every token gotten through this means. And he will disgrace and confuse those trusting men and their material wealth to God because he is a jealous God to his servants which are his loved ones:

ISAIAH 19:3-4

(3)     “And the spirit of Egypt will become confused within it

          and I will confuse its plans; they will resort to the

worthless gods; To charmers and to the spirit mediums

and to the fortune tellers”

(4)     I will hand Egypt over to a hard master; and a harsh King will

          rule over them,  “declare the true Lord, Jehovah of armies”

Today, if only you will trust God with your own heart and reject Idolatry, your life will never be the same again. So let God be the chief corner stone of your life and destiny because life is not once and no more; it does not have duplicate. So shun idolatry and make life enjoyable and sweet by trusting God. And you will know no peace. Remain blessed
