There is nothing that provokes God as when His elects that has tested him and his word, and found it truthful but only to be carried away by the mundane things of the world o the detriment of their soul and salvation. This is what God sees as pride of life. When you don’t give God His place or position in your life is very dangerous because God will not relent to visit you with calamity out of jealousy of making men and things of the world your priorities and your God:

ISAIAH 51:12-13

(12)     “I am  the one comforting you why should you

            be afraid of mortal man who will die

            And of a man who will wither like green grass?

(13)     Why do you forget Jehovah your maker

            The one who stretched out the heavens and laid

            The foundations of the earth?

            And all day long you were in constant fear of

            Rage of oppressor”

A lot of people have given God the second position in their lives as Christians; people don’t study the word of God daily, they have decided to achieve purpose without God’s prescription and direction in life and destiny. God is sounding a serious warning to his elects to desist from their wicked ways and stop trusting mortal men.

JEREMIAH 13:25

(25)     “This is your lot, the position that I have measured out

            to you “declared Jehovah “because you have forgotten

            me and you trust in lies

(26)     Therefore, I will lift up your face; And your shame will

 be seen

(27)     Your act of adultery and your lustful neighing your

            obscene prostitution on the hills, in the field I have

seen your disgusting behavior

Woe to you O Jerusalem How much will you remain

unclean”

People are good in challenging God, even after seeing and testing His goodness in their lives. They will want to do things their own way, and that does not show fear for God neither faith for God; It is better you follow God like a fool through the Holy Ghost by using His word as a confirmation to the steps you are taking rather than doing things your own way or using head knowledge to justify issues. God is the same God of Yesterday, he has not change. Come back to God’s standard as a fool and He will make you wise and bless you.

JEREMAIAH 1:13-15

(13)     “The word of Jehovah came to me the second time

            Saying “what do you see? So I said “I see a boiling

            Pot , and its mouth tilted away from the north

(14)     Then Jehovah said to me:

            “Out of  the north the calamity will break loose

            Against all the inhabitants of the land

(15)     For I am summoning all the families of Kingdom of

            The North declares Jehovah

            And they will come; each one will set up his throne

            at entrance of the gates of Jerusalem,

            Against her walls all around

            Against all the cities of Judah

(16)     And I will declare my judgment against the over all their

            Wickedness because they have abandoned are

making sacrificial smoke to other gods.

And bowing to the work of their own hand”

It is high time we come to our understanding that we are nothing but dust, it only the breath of God that makes us meaningful which is life in us. The day we will drop this earth suit which is the body, the same breath of life will return to the giver who will decide the final destination of the soul. So as we are still breathing, there is tendency that we need to acknowledge God as priority to our life and destiny. This should be our main focus in life. And not to depend on human forces for existence; God will not relent to punish the offense of not trusting him. Remain blessed.
