DEVASTATION DUE TO DISOBEDIENT

Disobedient as of today can be seen as an act of not adhering to strict direction and instruction of Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost remains the major avenue for God to direct his people today, the word of God should be the confirmation of what the spirit is saying or expressing. This is why we should listen to Holy Ghost when reading our bible. Some people read the bible like novels but that is wrong. Your bible should be handled as a medium for God to express his thought towards your life. Look! Don’t read it as a religious book. Read it daily hoping and expecting God to speak to you for the day. It is an act of disobedient not to study the word of God daily as a Christian, because for you to be successful every day, you must know what God is saying that day. So learn to trust God by His word and become free from His wrath:

2 CORINTHIAN 3:6

(6)       “Who has indeed adequately qualified us as to be

ministers of a new covenant, not of a written code

but of spirit; for the written code condemns to death

but the spirit makes alive.

(7)       Now if the code administers death and that was

engraved in letters on stones came with such glory

that the sons of Israel could not gaze at the face of

Moses because of glory of His face, a glory that was

to be done  away with

(8)       Why should the administering of the spirit not be with

            even greater glory”

So the spirit remains the major source of God’s instruction, while the word should be the confirmation of what the spirit is saying at every moment. So learn to hearken to Holy Ghost for daily instruction through God’s word. The way the spirit speaks to me might be different from yours. But today people want to do things their own way; therefore they see the bible as a story to tell not as a life wire of God’s instruction that transforms life.

ISAIAH 30:21

(21)     “And your own ear will hear a word behind you saying

`           : This is the way walk in it; in case you should go to the

            left”

Now you will be convinced that the spirit remains the ultimate sources of solution to your problem. Therefore God has warned that any disobedient to the spirit remains disastrous and must be punished severely so learn to listen to the Holy Ghost today through his word to be free from destruction and devastation:

ISAIAH 17:10-13

(10)     For you have forgotten the God of your salvation

            You have failed to remember the Rock of your

Fortress

That is why you plant beautiful plantations and

Set it with the shout of stranger

(11)     In the day carefully fence in your plantations,

 in the morning you make your seed sprout

but the harvest in the day of disease and

incurable pain

(12)     Listen! There is a commotion of many peoples

            Who are boisterous as the sea

            There is an uproar nations

            Whose sound is like the roar of water”

Turn from every sort of disobedient today, with the help of the Holy Ghost. And the mercy of God will have his ways in your life in Jesus Name. Amen
