I KING 11:1-14
KING Solomon was the wisest King but his Wisdom became
foolishness at the end. Why? Because of the strange women, But who were those
strange women?
I King 11:2
“They were from the nations about whom God
Had said to the Israelite “you must not go
in
Among them and they should not come in
among you, for they will surely incline your
heart to follow their gods. But Solomon
clung
to them and love them
Today, we should be careful in taking decision because any
step you take as a child of God, without God’s approval by the Holy Ghost has a
greater consequence. God ask Solomon not to marry strange women but he became
ignorant of not listening to that small voice in him. Man’s view of situation
is good but until you tune to the holy ghost by listening to the inner mind.
You may not discern very clear the step you have taken or about to take. It
takes Holy Ghost to discern.
It was the strange woman that made Solomon the wisest King
to end up as a wicked King. May no man or woman lead you to offend God this year?
