DIVINE PLANNING SWALLOWS EGYPT

ISAIAH 30:1-2                                                                                 

PROVERB 9:1

Planning is a vital role of any successful personality in the society. This is why when one fails to plan; other people’s plan will claim such a person’s direction in life which sometimes leads to enslavement. Planning is that aspect of result that gives the true picture of hidden expectation as mirror until it becomes a reality. It is good to plan but before planning you need to do some consultation. For every successful plan, there was a true inspiring power behind it and that is the spirit of wisdom.

JOB 32:8

(8)        “There is a spirit in a man; the inspiration of Almighty

Gives it understanding”

Wisdom demands that there is time for planning, for every successful personality; there was a time for planning, as a child of God, this is determined by the Holy Ghost. It is Holy Ghost that inspires successful plans and successful action to execute the plans. So this is why we need to seek God’s instruction for every successful plan to be accomplished; we need the accurate wisdom of God which comes through accurate knowledge of God.

PROVERB 9:1

(1)        “True wisdom has built its house; it has carved out

its seven pillars

(2)        It has fully prepared its meat; it has also arranged

            Its table”

It takes true wisdom to obtain result from God. And true wisdom comes by accurate knowledge of God. You should know that God is a spirit and those that will worship him must do that in truth and in spirit. This is summed up as the source of true wisdom. Some people take action outside God’s plan because of wrong planning. We need to plan accurately by seeking God’s directives so that we don’t deviate from divine mandate.

ISAIAH 30:1-2

(1)        “Woe to the stubborn sons,” declares, the lord

            who carry out plans that are not mine

            Who make alliances, but not by my spirit

            In order to add sin to sin

(2)        They go down to Egypt without consulting me

            To take shelter under Pharaoh’s protection

            and to take refuge in the shadow of Egypt

(3)        But the protection of Pharaoh will become

your shame; And refuge in Egypt’s shadow will

a cause for humiliation”

Egypt is a land of bondage, a state of being caged and surrounded by wickedness of men. It is a position that entices one to sin against God and humanity. Egypt is like destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah where people commit all sorts of iniquity. But you as a child of God has overcome Egypt because greater is one that is living in you in the person of Holy Ghost who will help you to create your own promised land as well as reject the offered Egypt through divine planning.
