JEREMIAH 4:1-END
JEREMIAH 9:1-END
Today, God is
yearning for His people to turn away from wicked ways as they make restitution
by rejecting deception and idolatry of other kinds which easily provokes God to
anger:
ISAIAH 44:
21-22
(21) “Remember
these, O Jacob and Israel; for thou
art my
servant: I have formed thee; thou art my
servant: O
Israel, thou shalt not be forgotten of me.
(22) I
have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions,
and, as a
cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have
redeemed
thee.”
There is nothing dangerous as idolatry of deception, the victims of
these acts hardly survive the trend. Daniel was once a victim of Idolatry of
deception as a politician. His colleagues connived to humiliate and frustrate
Him before the King who seeks to promote Him in the Kingdom:
DANIEL 6:3-12
(3) “Then
this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and
princes, because an excellent spirit was in
him; and the
king
thought to set him over the whole realm.
(4) Then
the presidents and princes sought to find occasion
against
Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could
find none
occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was
faithful,
neither was there any error or fault found in him.
(5) Then
said these men, We shall not find any occasion
against
this Daniel, except we find it against him
concerning
the law of his God.
(6) Then
these presidents and princes assembled together to
the king, and said thus unto him, King Darius,
live forever.
(7) All
the presidents of the kingdom, the governors, and the
princes,
the counsellors, and the captains, have consulted
together to establish a royal statute, and to
make a firm
decree,
that whosoever shall ask a petition of any God
or man for
thirty days, save of thee, O king, he shall
be cast
into the den of lions.
(8) Now,
O king, establish the decree, and sign the writing,
that it be
not changed, according to the law of the Medes
and
Persians, which altereth not.
9. Wherefore
king Darius signed the writing and the decree.
10. Now
when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he
went into
his house; and his windows being open in his
chamber
toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees
three
times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before
his God,
as he did aforetime.
11. Then
these men assembled, and found Daniel praying
and making
supplication before his God.
12. Then
they came near, and spake before the king
concerning
the king's decree; Hast thou not signed a
decree,
that every man that shall ask a petition of any
God or man
within thirty days, save of thee, O king,
shall be
cast into the den of lions? The king answered
and said,
The thing is true, according to the law of the
Medes and
Persians, which altereth not.”
Today, I don’t care about those ganging up to
demote you, I prophesy into your life, they shall fall for your sake in Jesus
name. Amen. Deception can be dangerous; it takes a man of excellent spirit like
Daniel to survive the trends of Deception fashion against Him.
JEREMIAH 9:4-10
(4) “Take
ye heed every one of his neighbour, and trust ye
not in any
brother: for every brother will utterly
supplant,
and every neighbour will walk with slanders.
(5) And
they will deceive everyone his neighbour, and
will not
speak the truth: they have taught their tongue
to speak
lies, and weary themselves to commit iniquity.
(6) Thine
habitation is in the midst of deceit; through
deceit
they refuse to know me, saith the LORD.
(7) Therefore
thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, I
will melt
them, and try them; for how shall I do for
the
daughter of my people?
(8) Their
tongue is as an arrow shot out; it speaketh
deceit:
one speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with
his mouth,
but in heart he layeth his wait.
(9) Shall
I not visit them for these things? saith the LORD:
shall not
my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
(10) For
the mountains will I take up a weeping and
wailing,
and for the habitations of the wilderness a
lamentation,
because they are burned up, so that none
can pass
through them; neither can men hear the voice
of the
cattle; both the fowl of the heavens and the beast
are fled;
they are gone.”
So, today God is calling His servants to turn
away from Idolatry od deception. This type of behavior is abomination in the
midst of children of God. God is not happy when injustice and corruption
prevails in the Holy place. So repent and return to God for your restoration is
at hand:
JEREMIAH 4:1-5
(1) “If
thou wilt return, O Israel, saith the LORD, return unto
me: and if
thou wilt put away thine abominations out of
my sight,
then shalt thou not remove.
(2) And
thou shalt swear, The LORD liveth, in truth, in
judgment,
and in righteousness; and the nations
shall
bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.
(3) For
thus saith the LORD to the men of Judah and
Jerusalem,
Break up your fallow ground, and sow not
among
thorns.
(4) Circumcise
yourselves to the LORD, and take away the
foreskins
of your heart, ye men of Judah and inhabitants
of
Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn
that none
can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.
(5) Declare
ye in Judah, and publish in Jerusalem; and
say, Blow
ye the trumpet in the land: cry, gather together,
and say,
Assemble yourselves, and let us go into the
defenced
cities.”
As you obey God in this regard, your life will
never be the same again. Remain blessed.
