Today we are meant to understand that
foolishness begins from lack of knowledge; it is the bedrock of ignorant of the
lowly masses. And it tends to make the lowly one not to abide to rules and
regulations guiding transactions or the society at large. When one cannot
acknowledge and accept His/her fault; that is foolishness, even when His or her
errors are obvious before him/her and the society; he/she assumes it to be
sharp and wise but the bible said today that such acts are acknowledged as
foolishness because God cannot help someone like that when calamity strikes due
to lack of obedient to His instruction through His servants and prophets:
JEREMIAH 5:1-4
(1) “Run ye to and fro through the streets of
Jerusalem,
and
see now, and know, and seek in the broad
places
thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be
any
that executeth judgment, that seeketh the
truth;
and I will pardon it.
(2) And though they say, The LORD liveth;
surely
they
swear falsely.
(3) O LORD, are not thine eyes upon the truth?
thou
hast stricken them, but they have not
grieved;
thou hast consumed them, but they
have
refused to receive correction: they have
made
their faces harder than a rock; they have
refused
to return.
(4) Therefore I said, Surely these are poor;
they are
foolish:
for they know not the way of the LORD, nor
the
judgment of their God.”
You can now see that the plight of foolishness
is obvious because when you disrespect divine order, your foolishness may
become obvious to people. This is the time to learn and correct our mistakes:
PROVERB 15:5-6
5. “A fool despiseth his father's
instruction: but he
that
regardeth reproof is prudent.
6. In the house of the righteous is much
treasure:
but
in the revenues of the wicked is trouble.”
On the other hand is craftiness, to be crafty
is a sign of wicked traits; some kings have craftiness as a quality for judgment
on their throne yet not wicked but prudent in nature. Today, we are going to
learn how to identify the craftiness of the wicked personalities who sometimes
will appear to be saints but ferocious wolves. They may appear good, gentle and
innocent but don’t be deceived by the appealing container you see; try to
discover the content, it is in discovering the content that will attract you to
go for the container or leave it. So is the discovering of craftiness of the
wicked. A wicked man may seem appealing and attractive by attitude but when you
discover the gimmicks which is the
secret brutal acts; you will run for safety:
JEREMIAH 5:26-29
(26) For among my people are found wicked men:
they
lay
wait, as he that setteth snares; they set a trap,
they
catch men.
(27) As a cage is full of birds, so are their
houses full
of
deceit: therefore they are become great, and
waxen
rich.
(28) They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they
overpass
the
deeds of the wicked: they judge not the
cause,
the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper;
and
the right of the needy do they not judge.
(29) Shall I not visit for these things? saith the
LORD:
shall
not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
So today, the plight of foolishness and
craftiness of the wicked will be disgraced. These categories forms the centre
and route of trouble in the land today because they refuse to adhere to divine
instruction by Holy Ghost. Remain blessed.
