SOLOMON’S COUCH WAS SURROUNDED BY STRONG MEN; WHAT OF YOURS?

ISAIAH 1:1-END

SONGS OF SOLOMON 3:1-END

King Solomon made a Couch which is a seat of furniture for accommodating two or three persons for his ceremonial day. The Couch being the works of his hand was very beautiful and solid; which the king surrounds it with sixty strong men of Israel to protect it from terror by night. This couch was a Royal Litter which means a wheeless carriage made to be celebrated as a special ceremony. So these men lifted this couch from the wilderness where it was made by the King. Imagine a beautiful couch that was made in the wilderness which is a place of suffering:

SONGS OF SOLOMON 3:6

(1)   “What is this coming up from the wilderness

Like columns of smoke,

Perfumed with myrrh and frankincense,

With all the fragrant powders of Merchant?

(2)   Look! It is couch belonging to Solomon

Sixty mighty men of Israel

(3)   All of them armed with a sword

All trained in warfare, each with his sword

At his side

To guard against the terror of the night

(4)   It is the Royal Litter of King Solomon

That he made for himself from the trees

Of Lebanon

    (10)  Its pillars he made of Silver, its supports of

            Gold, its seat is of purple wool; it’s interior

           Was lovingly decorated by the daughters

           of Jerusalem

  (11) “Go out, O daughters of Zion Gaze at King

          Solomon wearing the wedding crown his

          mother made for him on the day of  his

          heart rejoicing”

Today, Just as King Solomon made a Ceremonial Couch in the wilderness (A place of Suffering) only for people to admire its beauty and fame in a palace. In the same way your own Couch which is that your handwork, business, career, talents which you developed in a tight and hard corner; could be a point of discussion in the King’s palace today in Jesus Name. The Holy Ghost said that a lot of people that are diligent in their business will be recommended and approved today In Jesus name.

Because you are diligent in the wilderness to make a beautiful and solid based hand work for people to celebrate with you. God said that your labor of love will be rewarded today in Jesus name.

Imagine how he used strong men to secure the beautiful Couch. In the same way the angels of God are out to give you security in the works of your hand because you fear him:

PSALM 34:7

(1)   “The angel of Jehovah camps all around those

Fearing Him and rescues them”

Remember that Solomon Couch attracted the attention of the daughters of Zion. In the same way, your hand work as a strong man will attract the attention of heaven. And when you attract heavenly attention which is favor of God; men will respond to you through works of your hands.

ISAIAH 1:31

(1)               “The strong man will become tow

and his work a spark Both will go

up in flames together with no one

to extinguish them”

As a strong man, your business or the works of your hand is an avenue to demonstrate your credibility, ability, creativity, Excellencies and wisdom. A man of strength cannot be stopped just as fire glows without extinguishing the flames; so is a strong man with good hand work or talent to execute. You cannot be stopped this year.
