KNOWLEDGE MAKES DIFFERENCE BUT INCREASES PAIN

PROVERB 18:1-END

SONGS OF SOLOMON 3:1-END

In life people will do things in different ways; but knowledge will always distinguish a man. The taste of things you do will tell people the level of knowledge you operate. You can never achieve or exceed the level of what you have feed your brain:

PROVERB 18:15

(15) “The heart of the understanding one acquires knowledge

        And the ear of the wise, seeking to find knowledge”

In life also, it is what you know that puts you ahead of others when you applied it to work for good. It is the knowledge a man acquires that brush up his gift and talents. When your gift and talents lack knowledge it shows in the way you do things. There is no limit in acquiring knowledge. But any knowledge you acquired without application of the knowledge to work for good will way you down and bring sorrow because too much knowing and not doing increases pain:

ECCLESIASTES 1:16

(16)  “Then I said in my heart: “Look! I have  acquired great

          wisdom, more than anyone who was before me in

          Jerusalem; and my heart gained a great deal of

         wisdom and knowledge

(17)  I applied my heart to knowing wisdom and

         to knowing madness and to knowing folly,

        and this too is chasing after the wind.

(18) For an abundance of wisdom brings an

        abundance of frustration.

       So that whoever increases knowledge increases pain

This is why there is need for practical knowledge, don’t read your bible like a story book, sometimes cast lots to ask God questions and know the mind of God towards situation. Person that rule the world today are those that depends on practical knowledge. Think of bill Gate (Inventor of Microsoft Computer) and others. You can not amount to anything with head knowledge. Use your knowledge to produce things that people will appreciate. This is wisdom to the highest point. I will rather know what God is saying by casting lots than reading 10-20 chapters a day without pointing to what God is telling me that day. God’s message will distinguish you and make a difference in your life per day than reading without getting message per day.

PROVERB 18:18

(1)              “Casting lots puts an end to disputes and decides between

Strong opponents”

Reading without asking questions can be dangerous and this is the root of pain to knowledge. By asking questions and getting answers from the bible, you can solve your problems and your hearers or audience problems as well. Remain blessed
