THE SHAME AND CURSE OF LOOKING BACK TO EGYPT

ECCLESIASTES 7:1-END

ISAIAH 30:1-END

JEREMIAH 5:1-END

God said that today, He is about to disgrace the trust in the shadows of Egypt; those who pick offense to go down to Egypt and seek protection. God said that their trust in Egyptian shadows will be the beginning of their failure. God said that they should go and ask the children of Israel their experience when they told Moses that they want to go down to Egypt and continue to eat Cucumber and Garlic. Therefore, God said that you should not go down to Egypt, that you should remain with Him because He is about to establish His covenant with you:

ECCLESIASTES 7:9-12

God said that because you have rebelled and rejected His words and instructions. Even the seers and visionaries who are saying the truth about going down to Egypt for help you disdain. And you decided to trust in fraud and deceit. So God said that this decision will backfire you like a broken wall and it will crash suddenly upon you in pieces. And God said that if you turn back to serve Him, He will bless you and give you rest.

ISAIAH 30:11-15

But because you have refused His instructions and said that you must go down to Egypt and get gold as well as ride the best car, therefore will those pursuing you overtake you and conquer you. In these entire calamity, God still promise to favor you. And happy is all those hoping and trusting in him:

ISAIAH 30:16-33

Also God said because Israel, especially Jerusalem had abandoned Him to serve a foreign God in the land, so will they serve foreigners in a land that is not theirs

God said that He did not find faithfulness in the land, so He will punish their injustice and corrupt practice.

JEREMIAH 5:7-18

Finally, God said that as you comply to this warnings and instructions, He is about to create a change
