Today, the lord is about to reward and favor as many that are keeping in expectation of Him through His promises by His words; those who  had determined not to trust in the shadows of Egypt nor go down to Egypt for assistance. The Lord said that He will bless the works of their hands; and He will embarrass them with blessings from today:

God also said that He will not relent to avenge them of their strong enemies; God said that today He is about to strike Satanic Assyrians for their injustice and corrupt practices against His people Israel:

ISAIAH 30:27-33

Finally, God said that He had redeemed you from the oppression of Babylon; you should not go down to Babylon any longer because He is out to withstand their oppressive gimmicks. God had also promised to make your ways successful as you abide by these instructions. Though God permitted the oppression to strengthen you but now you are refined in their furnace of afflictions. He will end the oppression. So God said that you should flee from Babylon because he had redeemed as His servants to do exploits. Remain blessed.
