REDEEMED AND SAVED FROM OPPRESSORS

ISAIAH 14:1-END

Today, the lord had determined to redeem and save His servants from the oppression of Babylon who ceaselessly had been a thorn on their flesh. Today God said that He must make His ways successful because they have been tested and approved in the furnace of sufferings. Just to be strong and fit for the position ahead of them:

ISAIAH 48:10-15

And as a result God is sounding a warning for His servants to flee from Babylon who had remained secret oppressors that had subjected God’s servants to bondage of slavery:

God said that He is about to punish the pride of King of Babylon who had remained great oppressors to other surrounding nations especially Israel:

JEREMIAH 14:1-7

Again, the lord said that you should trust in what He can do for you and not to be afraid of what men will do to you; because today He has ended their oppression towards you. You will not experience the wicked bondage and slavery any longer:

ISAIAH 51:10-14

Finally, God said that today your tormentors will begin to experience their wicked imaginations towards you and the affliction you suffered; they will begin to suffer today:

ISAIAH 51:22-23
