In life’s critical issues like our expectation, it due emerge when we least expected. Today God is saying that your time and season of change has come again. You may have seen some open doors to Egypt where there are enticement against the will of God, shun it now for God has better plan which he has approved for his name to be glorified. The second offer may be your choice of request which you might have given up hope. Remember that God will always give you what he sees occupying your heart.

PROVERB 4:23

(23)      “Above all things that you guard safeguard your heart

            For out of it are sources of life

(24)      put crooked speech away from you.

(25)      Your eyes should look straight ahead, yes, fix your gaze

            Straight ahead of you

(26)      Smooth out the course of your feet; and all your way will be sure”

This is a call to be focused in life; God can only approve what you have right thinking in your heart in a long run, only when you are focused. And that is the works of your faith. The works of your faith are necessary actions that qualify your faith in your expectation. You don’t say that I want to travel oversea and you are in another direction that will not take you to overseas which is your final destination. Life is full of choice and chance. The chances are coming to try the choice you make if they are stable, strong and durable. Your choice in life must pass through times and chances that will help fire them up. The time and chances comes with good and bad to test your expectation. And no one has successfully overcome in this phase of life without the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost is the hard crack to times and chances.

ECCLESIASTES 9:10

(10)      “Whatever your hand find to do, do it with all your might

             For there is no work nor planning nor knowledge nor

            Wisdom in the grave where you are going

(11)      I have seen something further under the sun the swift do

            not always win the race, nor do the mighty win the battle,

            nor  do the intelligent always have riches, nor with those

            with knowledge always have success, because times and

unexpected events overtake all

(12)      For man does not know his time. Just as fish are caught in

an evil net and bird caught in a trap. So the sons of men are

ensnared in a time of disaster, when it suddenly over takes

them”

The times and chances here are unexpected events called bad luck in the world these are events contrary to your real expectation. They are coming to test and try your desire as well as swallow them up if they do not meet up with God’s expectation or standard by his word. You can only get what your heart thinks and what your mind sees which must be in line with his word for your life. And that is God’s approval today for you.
