FREEDOM FROM CAPTIVITY

ISAIAH 51:1-END
JEREMIAH 40:1-END
JEREMIAH 29:1-END

A captive is one who is in detention due to one crime or the other, and as a result are deprive of human rights of freedom of association and movement as regards Nigerian Constitution. In a nutshell the personality is an inmate or prisoner of some circumstances. Today God will set people free from captivity by the power in the blood of Jesus Christ, because Jesus Christ has concluded all for us to be free on the cross of Calvary:
ISAIAH 51:14-16

(14)      “The one bent over in chain will soon be set free
He still soon be set free
He will not die and go into the pit
Nor will his bread be lacking
(15)      Who stirs up the sea and makes it waves boisterous
Jehovah of armies is his name
(16)      I will put my words in your mouth
And with the shadow of my hand I will cover you,
In order to plant the heavens and to lay the
foundation of the earth
And to say to Zion, you are my people”

It is your word today that will determine your freedom from captivity of wickedness. Even God himself cannot do anything without your words. God will cause his word to flow through you and those words are life to you and your audience. It is that same word that guarantees your freedom, especially the word of God you speak will institute heaven in your environment which is peaceful atmosphere. And today God is set to deliver someone from captivity of wicked personalities to a life of freedom.
ISAIAH 51:7-8
(7)        “Listen to me, you who know righteousness
The people with the law in their heart
Do not be afraid of the taunts of mortal men
And do not be terrified because of their insults
(9)        For a moth will eat them up just like a garment;
The clothes moth will devour them like wool
But my righteousness will last forever
And my salvation for all generations”

Just as God delivered Jeremiah from the captivity that Nebuzaradan the chief of Guard subjected Him with the people of Judah and Jerusalem who went exile to Babylon due to their sin; in the same manner God will deliver you from wicked personalities that have subjected you to captivity in Jesus name. Amen

JEREMIAH 40:1-4
(1)        “The word that came to Jeremiah from Jehovah
after Nebuzaradan the chief of the guard let him
Go free from Ramah, He had taken him there
Bound with handcuffs, and he was among
All the exiles of Jerusalem and of Judah who
Were being deported to Babylon
(2)        Then the chief of guard took Jeremiah and said
said to him: “Jehovah your God foretold this
calamity against this place.
(3)        and Jehovah has brought it about just as he
Said, because you people sinned against
Jehovah and did not obey his voice. That is
Why this has happened to you.
(4)        Now I am releasing you today from the handcuffs
Those were on your hands. If it seems good to you
to come  with me to Babylon, come and I will
Look after you. But if you do not want to come
With me to Babylon, do not come, see! The entire
Land is before you. Go wherever you choose”

Today, remember that you are freed to set others free through the spread of the gospel of our lord Jesus Christ. Remain blessed.
