CALAMITIES TO JUDAH AND JERUSALEM FOR DISOBEDIENT

JEREMIAH 24:1-END

Today, the Lord is about to visit Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem with Calamities He had warned them, because they have neglected His words and disobeyed His voice and instructions. God said that He even used the Recahbites as an example to teach them and direct them by showing them how they obeyed their forefather’s instructions to latter by not building houses for themsevels, not drinking wine as well as living in the tent. God said that He liked Rechabites for that act and had chosen them to serve before His presences for those obedient qualities. God said all these examples to Judah were in vain because they continue with their disobedient:

JEREMIAH 35:12-16

God now said that He is about to punish Judah, having used a bad fig to distinguish them from their colleagues in captive of Babylon which God described as good fig because of their obedient in captivity in Babylon. God said that He will treat those in exiles of Babylon very well while those that are still in the city who are rebellious; God said that He must not relent to punish them together, both King Zedekiah of Judah and his princes, the remnant of Jerusalem who are left in the land and those who are dwelling in the Land of Egypt. God said that He will make them an object of horror and calamity to all the kingdoms of the earth, a reproach they will become and a proverbial saying, a cause for ridicule, and a curse in the places I dispersed them. Finally God said that He will send them Sword, Famine and pestilence until they have perished from the land He gave them and to their forefathers:

JEREMIAH 24:8-10

Today, I see Lord turning the hand writing of your enemies against you for your good and others in support of you. Remain blessed.
